You have got to check out the new Bosch electric saw. It is the first choice for professionals. In a nutshell, here’s a quick description: 15 amps with a left side blade, lightweight magnesium build for easy grip and handling, ergonomic extra padded handles, and more. Bosch has always been a great company producing excellent power tools, but they’ve raised the bar with this one. Look around your shop and I’m sure you need to replace an old saw or at least upgrade. Go for it, you won’t be disappointed in the power and results.

‘Tis the season for a holiday list and gifts around. Decide what is at the top of your wish list for new carpenter tools. If you’re a weekend amateur, go for the gold and top of the line cordless drills and cordless saws. Think of all the projects on your other lists, the To Do list, or the Honey Do list. Be precise and use the best names in the trade like DeWalt, Hitachi or Mikita and you’ll be able to get what you want and get those projects going. They might be too big for the stocking, but will definitely fit under the tree.

When it comes to Miter saws, you need both precision and finesse. The truth is in the details, right? Well, details in molding are visible and your customer is depending on you to be perfect. You can be with the right tools. DeWalt has a 10″ compound miter saw, Mikita a 10″ duel bevel sliding miter saw, and Milwaukee a 10″ magnum compound miter saw with a 15 amp motor. They differ in degrees and pivot fences. You’re the expert in knowing what you need for certain jobs, let your electric power tools put that expertise into action.

Agility is not confined to sports only. You need the ability to maneuver unencumbered when you’re working on small areas or at odd angles. Cordless power tools are the only way to go. You can change directions quickly and easily adjust your pressure. For example, cordless saws enable you to push down, forward and back and finesse the impressions exactly where and how you want. There are many types of carpenter tools that are cordless now. Power them up and off you go.
